Shipping Rates and Policies

Standard Shipping  Heart Rate Monitor Products determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order to insure the items you purchased arrives safely.  Orders normally ship via UPS Ground, FedEx  or USPS within 1-2 days when in stock. Some items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and can take a little longer. For your convenience, whenever we ship an order, we electronically mail a shipping confirmation notice including the UPS, FedEx, or USPS tracking number.

Shipping Limitations

* Free Shipping on orders over $75 is for ground service with in the lowere 48 states only.  It does NOT apply to Hawaii,Alaska PR or Canada.

* Heart Rate Monitor Products does NOT ship to Internationa, PO or APO/FPO addresses for any reason, under any circumstance.

* Heart Rate Monitor Products does NOT accommodate a personal pick up of the merchandise.

* Items with free shipping have a shipping cost imputed in the total cost.

*Heart Rate Monitor Products does NOt refund shipping & insurance cost for any reason, under any circumstance

We always try to get every item out within 1-2 days. because of inventory conditions (Some items re drop shipped from the manufacturer) Shipping, and matters outside of our control.  Our shipping policy should not be interpreted as a guarantee or promise that we will ship on a specific day.  Title to items being purchased passes from us to you at the time of shipping.  You agree to take on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase.  Heart Rate Monitor Products will not be responsible for the damages or delays resulting from Acts of GOD, WAR, SEIZURE,TERORIST ACTIVITIES, EMBARGO or Other acts or events outside of the reasonable control of Heart Rate Monitor Products.

RETURN POLICY:

We stand behind the products we sell.  All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacture's prackaging and come with the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise posted.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges.  Items with free shipping are offered for ease and convenience and have a shipping chare imputed into the toal cost.  All price and payments must be in US currency.  Please understand that all sales are final, with the following exceptions.

Money Back Guarantee

If you change your mind about a purchase and the item is not defective and you have not used it, you have 14 days from the date of paurchase to email us for a return authorization number (RA#).  No sreturn will be accepted with out a RA#.  We will only accept returns for items that are 100% complete in original, unopened packageing and in re-saleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registration cards, accessories and UPC label and an unbroken seal.  We do not refund shipping charges.  Items with free shipping will be reduced by the actual shipping costs.  We reserve the right charge a restock fee.  We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

 

Product Warranty

Most items we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  We include such information in the product details for each item, when ever available.  The manufacturer warrants their products are free from defects in material and workmanship.  Repair or replacement may be issued for any product which is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty.  Heart Rate Monitor Products will assist with warranty issued within the first 30 days of product purchase.  After that time the product manufacturer must be contacted directly to address all warranty issues.  In many cases, the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone.  

 

Defective Returns

If you receive an item that is damage or defective, please contact us immediately. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of purchase.  If there is no exchange or repair we have the right to impose up to a 20% restocking fee.  No refunds or credit will be granted after 14 days.  The terms of the manufacturer's warranty will still apply - please contact the manufacturer directly.

 

A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Techinical Support Staff at the manufacturer before we can accept it as a defective return.  You can get a list of manufacturer phone number by contacting us.

Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your product.  NO returns of any type will be accepted withour a RA number.  RA numbers are valid for 14 business days after issue and must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the invoice.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damage and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for you protection.  All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number.  Once the return is processed and approved, a credit to your account or issuance and check my take up to 14 days.

Any returns must be 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition, with all packaging, manuals, cables, registraction cards,accessories and UPC label and /or unbroken seal.  We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

 

The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.

 

Unauthorized or Refused Returns

Heart Rate Monitor Products will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused upon return to our warehouse.  Heart Rate Monitor Products will impose a 20 % restocking fee plus and applicable shipping and handling charges for refused shipments by the customer.  Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopended packaging. 

 

The quickest way for us to handle a return is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back.  When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in a few days.  If you refuse shipment the product goes back  to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks.  We cannot process your return until we receive the product.
